A number is generated from various most important totals of this month. If a number is increasing monthly = growth. If not, then it's a stage of 'stuck'. Or even worse, going down the hill... It's as simple as that. No more 'lying' to one-self, or walking through life in a blind!

Commentary

All details below are to share the entire journey. My aim is to make these updates as Visual as possible. Yet, to keep it simple too (bearing in mind that it's the entire life journey is tracked here... there sure are many details to look into!)

In summary:

INSPIRED LIFESTYLE OF AN IDEAL DAY: was quite stable, flowing month. In May I experienced it first hand, how important role location plays to how our days go (you can rest assured, whether consciously or unconsciously, it ALWAYS does affect our minds). All 7 Virtues hit 80%+, and it was only my Personal category which was a drag. Last week of a month was a smooth sailing journey... only because on Monday of that week I made a decision this is how it's going to be! Talking about mind power, right :-) What I learned in Talent Code book really helped me to view skill development process in very different way. Applied it, and voila. Loved My Day score (green line in a chart above) is near 70%, which is not my desired 80%+ but it's getting closer now. Happy with May month, so far!

MASTER NUMBER: nice to see the number bounce back to 59% once again (% not seen since January) And it's a whooping +13% jump since last month! I guess that's what simple change, such as fulfilling environment, can do to us. It really helped to boost the rest of stats this month! The biggest laggards I'm facing are financial challenges (no income, just losses), and balanced sleep issue. Haven't managed to overcome the financial issues yet, but I am working on balancing my sleep routine.To note, I celebrated May 15% more & my Emotional state went up by 2% from April, so this sure is a positive sign. Let's see what's next!

BUCKET LIST & GOALS: is a bit of a drag to this campaign. I managed to hit 64% of my monthly goals and only 1% increase to Bucket List 2017 Goals. It's June already and I'm miles away from my overall 80% targets. I know I'm not being lazy here, so it could be that I simply had set unrealistic goals and expectations to begin with. On another hand, I currently have 36% Bucket List activities in progress, once those done there should be one big jump in performance records. In any case, we have another 6 months to go till year's end, will be looking to do whatever it takes to move things forward faster to reach my targets!

Looking into 2017 Goals, May Update section I can now see more targets in Blue than last month, so it's an improvement. Top 3 best performing categories this month (in terms of goals achieved & Success Rates) were Meaning,, Time and Physical. While 3 biggest laggers were Wealth, Celebrate and Give & Spiritual. See each category for details (below)

INCOME, OUTGOINGS & TARGETS: seriously not liking how this area in my life is currently progressing. The only good news, so far, is that I was able to find some trading system which I want to test first, for then to see what way to take investments business. If this fails (or if I fail on it), then oh boy... don't want to even think about it right now! Details with selected few charts are shared in a section down this page. 

NEXT MONTH GOALS: while number '26 goals a month' could appear to be high, somehow I have a feeling that I should be able to manage and hit at least 70% of them in June (64% goals were hit from 28 set in May). After having improved goal setting approach, there is so much more clarity now to what needs to be done, and how!

MONTH IN 10 PICTURES: again, to make it Visual as much as possible I included pictures to most memorable moments. I decided to keep a number down to 10, no more, so that it really makes me think - what was the most important to have happened over last 4 weeks? Need to learn to capture life in more color, though... a new skill to develop!

No gym around my new location, so making the best I can with body weight, 2x5kg dumbbells and anything else heavy I can find (like large stones!) Added 1kg planned, currently weighting 65kg (just about) Very unlikely will hit 70kg by July, but will keep on going, till the rest of the year. So far, Failing
- Sit on a floor in a straddle position: hitting it on 80% of my days. Pushed down to 15cm. Succeeding
- A handstand by the wall, 2-min: currently hitting 1min 30sec. Succeeding

Inspired Living by 7 Virtues

The Ideal Day Blueprint, which was designed around 7 Timeless Virtues of Enlightened Living, as guided in a book 'The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari', by Robin Sharma.

Crafted for an extraordinary day, full packed with ingredients to lead into fulfilling lifestyle.

Totalling together, the 7 Virtues of Enlightening Living numbers tells me how close or far I'm to be experiencing the the Ideal Day Lifestyle.

The aim is to hit 80%+ to Ideal Day Lifestyle Project totals (currently stands at 75%).

Wheel of Life (Reality Checks)

One of the things I had to do, when started working on taking a turn in life, was to perform my Reality Checks. And be very honest with myself. Wasn't easy.

Wheel of Life idea was borrowed from Tony Robbins, as learned during his Unleash the Power event, London 2015. A powerful experience. 

Having thought thoroughly, through ingredients needed to include into each category, and having added few more guides, I was able to understand my current reality way clearer than ever before.

Emotions & Meaning

Various emotional checks and tests are undertaken on monthly basis. These include self-fulfillment, peace, happiness, human connection, self-esteem, feeling appreciated, gratitude, forgiveness and several more. 

Throughout experience of this journey I found that relying on just one type of test (happiness, for example), provided by one type of source (psychology website, etc.) is not always a reliable report to follow. I learned that a combination of such tests, coming from few different sources is a better option. 

Takes only 30 mins a month to complete, but it adds so much more clarity to your daily life. Tells a story how your emotional state affects others areas, too. Well worth to keep a close eye on!

Income, Outgoings & Targets

This has been the toughest category out of them all, during this journey.

I currently rely on trading and investment strategies as my main income source, but it wasn't going well. This month Profit/Loss: -£20. After encountering huge losses March, I'm now 123% away from my Year 2017 income targets (set as £5,000)

Too, as one of other few activities, here I also note how the financial situation does affect Ideal Day Lifestyle & the Emotional Life as well. These doesn't help to generate income, but it sure is a powerful tool to have in place. I believe, on any journey.

NOTE: to save space on a page, these goals exclude those regular, ongoing activities such as daily/weekly rituals (Ritual of Live Nourishment 80%+, Morning Rituals 80%+ etc.). These activities are included in a Blueprint and will reflect in overall Ideal Day Lifestyle number. Too, not listing goals here that results are end-of-year based (Bucket List achievements, etc.) Goals listed below are only those that I'm to really focus on during the upcoming month. All goals (including some added extras) comes as part of Bucket List project.

Community: 3,000+ : no marketing activity planned. Just keep posting daily updates on 80%+ days (as part of Take Daily Action challenge)

: I now need to increase my monthly income targets from £400 to £700+ Feels tough... I found a trading system to follow, need to paper trade and test it. Also got to get my money-making mindset fixed. Otherwise I got NO chance.

- Help someone build a house or a building: help my sister and her family with DIY works (at a place I'm currently staying)

- Positively touch 50+ ppl through my acts of kindness: figure out what acts of kindness exactly do I want to include here and ways to keep proof of a progress
