Having been involved in the world of meditation since early 2010, I often hear a comment, “I tried meditating, but it didn’t work for me. I can’t meditate.”
Back then, I used to always find strange hearing it. And it continues to sound strange until this day.
Let me ask.
Do you remember that moment when your eyes find a way to look outside your home or office window? Somehow, on it’s own. And you end up disappearing… somewhere?
No thoughts, no worries. Just THAT moment when… there is a calm feeling of peace, inside of you?
In simplest form, that’s all what meditation is.
We’ve all experienced it. Which suggests, I can meditate.
So can you. And so can we.
Whether we admit it or not.
Maybe we just a matter of finding a simple way ‘how to’. Once again.
